ABSIMA presents the compact and powerful 1:20 off-road series. These 4WD trucks combine the capabilities of real RC models with a handy size and can therefore be used quickly and anywhere.
The robust off-roaders have an aluminium cardan shaft drive, independent wheel suspension and differentials (v/h) to ensure optimum power transmission. The proportional steering ensures precise handling in every situation and the fibreglass-reinforced plastic forgives many a driving error. In addition, aluminium drive shafts provide plenty of propulsion. If the top speed of 32 km/h is too fast for you at the start or if you want to drive the cars indoors, you can reduce the top speed continuously using the rotary control.

The completely redesigned tub-like chassis offers many advantages! All electronic components are freely accessible, which is essential with so much technology installed! Thanks to the extremely flat “LCG” chassis and the matching gearbox, the center of gravity is shifted downwards, which is particularly helpful with high body concepts. The battery box is centered and can be perfectly adapted to all 2-3S Lipo and 6-7 cell NiMH batteries thanks to the Velcro fastener and adjustable holder. The 10-channel remote control is necessary to control all the technical features. The 2-in-1 receiver/light unit and the speed controller are kept separate to keep all options open for future optimizations/tuning measures.

The Yucatan is a high-end "Ready-to-Run" crawler in scale 1:8 which is based on the successful ABSIMA CR3.4 chassis. All the features that made its smaller brothers in 1/10th scale (Sherpa, Khamba) so successful have been adopted. Due to the 1:8 chassis, even more extreme maneuvers are possible and due to the size of the body, details could be emphasized even better, which give the vehicle a beautiful driving image.
